2 No adverts will be placed online until the appropriate fee has been received. Once paid and the advert has been placed on line no refunds will be given.
3 If you have any problems with the wording of your advert please let us know and we will make the necessary changes.
4 The fee for your advert is not time limited ie. Your advert can appear for as long as you like and no additional charges will be applied.
5 the advertiser must let us know if they sell their business or remove it from the market. This ensures that website content is up to date and is therefore more valuable to potential buyers and other advertisers.
6 We do not guarantee availability of site due to technical issues beyond our control and accept no responsibility for any consequential or other losses due to non availability. Current uptime for the servers we use is well in excess of 99%.
7 All adverts we place we do so in good faith. We accept no liability for errors or omissions by the vendor.
8 By placing an advert with us you are agreeing to these terms and conditions and are confirming that you are either the owner of the business for sale or are authorised by the owner of the business.
Buyers
1 As a buyer it is your responsibility to ensure that the details supplied by the vendor are accurate prior to any contractual commitment to buy a business.
2 We act as an advertising portal only and do not act for any vendor or buyer. All communications between the buyer and vendor should be direct or through appropriate agents, solicitors or surveyors and not through us.
3 We are not liable for any costs or expenses incurred by the buyer as a direct or indirect consequence of using this site.
